TERMS OF USE
Effective Date: January 1st, 2020
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, downloading, registering for, or using any part of the Platform, including restricted materials, accounts, or services, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Where applicable, you may be required to affirmatively accept these Terms by selecting “I Agree” or a similar mechanism. Such acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
1.2 Intellectual Property Ownership & Framework Definition
All content, materials, and systems made available through the Platform (collectively, the “Content”) are the exclusive property of Protocols of Equal.
This includes, but is not limited to:
(a) Expressive Content
All written works, documentation, publications, technical writing, visual assets, interface designs, and data representations.
(b) Framework Architecture
The full structural composition of the Protocols of Equal, including:
- Principles, Clauses, and their hierarchical relationships
- Conceptual constructs such as Experiences of Inequality (EOIs), Sequences of Inequality (SOIs), Reversals of Inequality (ROIs), and Prevention of Inequality (POIs)
- Cross-referenced matrices and relational models
- Interconnected principles forming a unified equality system
- Equality of Infrastructure (EQOI) systems including design, monitoring, security, and standardization
These elements collectively form a structured system designed to detect, analyze, and prevent inequality.
(c) Methodological Systems
All operational logic, including:
- Equated Processes and Root Level Protocols (RLPs)
- Analytical models and calculation methods
- Equality tools and system instruments
- Research and development structures and outputs
(d) Taxonomies & Classification Systems
All structured classifications of equality-related phenomena, including:
- Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary principles
- Behavioral and systemic inequality patterns
- Defined entities and relational actors within the system
(e) Conceptual & Functional Logic
The underlying logic, sequencing, relationships, and interactions between all components of the framework.
All such Content is protected under applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trade secret protections.

1.3 Restrictions on Use
Except as expressly permitted:
- No part of the Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, or used in any form
- No derivative works may be created based on the framework’s structure, logic, or methodology
- No individual or entity may replicate the functional design or conceptual architecture of the Protocols of Equal
Any unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.
1.X Prohibition on Data Extraction, AI Training, and Model Development
You may not use the Platform or any Content for the purposes of:
- Training or developing artificial intelligence or machine learning systems
- Creating datasets, embeddings, or structured data derived from the Content
- Automated scraping, crawling, or extraction of Content
- Replicating the framework through computational or algorithmic means
Any attempt to reproduce or simulate the framework, whether identical or functionally similar, is strictly prohibited.
1.4 Permitted Uses
Personal Use
Individuals may use the Content strictly for personal, non-commercial, non-monetary purposes.
This use must not involve redistribution, publication, monetization, or replication of the framework.
Academic & Research Use
Academic institutions and researchers may request permission to use the framework for research purposes.
Protocols of Equal may grant limited, revocable permission at its sole discretion.
Approved use must:
- Include proper attribution
- Not reproduce the framework in full
- Not be used for commercial purposes
Protocols of Equal reserves the right to deny or revoke access at any time.
1.5 Commercial Use & Licensing
Protocols of Equal is the sole owner of all intellectual property associated with the framework.
Any commercial, enterprise, governmental, or revenue-generating use requires a valid license issued through Engine Equal, the only authorized technology and licensed provider.
No rights to commercialize, distribute, implement, or integrate the framework are granted without such a license.
1.6 Enforcement & Remedies
Protocols of Equal reserves the right to investigate violations and pursue all available legal remedies.
Unauthorized use may result in civil or criminal liability.
1.X Injunctive Relief
You acknowledge that unauthorized use of the Content may cause irreparable harm to Protocols of Equal.
Protocols of Equal is entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief, in addition to other remedies, without the need to prove damages.
1.7 No Transfer of Rights
Use of the Platform does not grant any ownership rights in the Content.
1.8 Limitation of Liability
The Content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Protocols of Equal is not liable for damages arising from use of the Platform.
1.9 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
