The only neutral stance for a third party is to equally apply the Rule Of Sow And Reap, to all parties involved within a particular situation.
EXEMPLIFICATIONS
Neutrality requires the equilibrium of an unbiased, pro equal approach towards all parties involved. A truly equated approach. If equilibrium isn’t maintained, the scale is usually tipped in the favor of at least one of the parties. It’s far too often in the favor of the unequal party.

Oftentimes, silence without actions denotes acceptance, or support of the current ideology or actions of a particular situation.
