Once the Power Of Solution clause is applied, the subject of enforcement could still be deemed accountable for some, or all of the transgressions in question. However, willful cause or negligence must be proven on their part. |

Equally capable counter arms usually act a deterrent. Sadly, influence at arms is usually the accepted mode of adjudication for hypocritical matters. Especially within formal environments. Although formal arms have a better track record than informal arms where hypocrisy is concerned, there have been countless inquiries to questionable hypocritical occurrences against the stated ‘equal intent’. This is partially due to the incongruent application, inefficiently design of policies and procedures, and in some cases negligence. |
